Efficient Delivery for Premium Vehicles

In the vehicle logistics industry, delivery efficiency is a key factor, especially for premium vehicles such as the Toyota Alphard and Toyota Land Cruiser. The main challenge in transporting these large vehicles is the limited capacity of conventional car carrier units.
This recent achievement proves that the Asian Standard Car Carrier unit developed by PT. Hamana Works Indonesia is the only unit in Indonesia capable of transporting up to 4 Toyota Alphard or 4 Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles in a single trip. This success also reaffirms PT. Challenge from Toyota Astra Motor (TAM)

In mid-2024, PT. Hamana Works Indonesia received a direct challenge from Toyota Astra Motor (TAM) to improve the loading capacity of car carriers for Toyota Alphard and Land Cruiser — from the previous two units to four units per shipment.

Research Process and Trial Loading

In response, the engineering team of Hamana Works conducted a series of technical studies and trial loadings, which were carried out on September 27, 2024 for the trial loading of 4 units of Toyota Alphard and on October 3, 2024 for the trial loading of 4 units of Toyota Land Cruiser.

The study involved re-measuring the bodywork design, reinforcing the frame structure, and testing stability during loading. From the results of the study, trials, and the hard work of the PT. Hamana Works Indonesia team, the Asian Standard Car Carrier Improvement was finally completed in less than 3 months, where this improvement has met TAM’s specifications for a maximum load of 4 units of Toyota Alphard and 4 units of Toyota Land Cruiser.

Official Certification from TAM

On January 7, 2025, the improved Asian Standard car carrier unit by PT. Hamana Works Indonesia underwent an official trial from TAM and was declared fit for operation and received official certification from Toyota Astra Motor (TAM). This achievement is proof of PT. Hamana Works Indonesia's commitment to providing innovative vehicle logistics solutions that meet customer needs.
